Invitation to the Psychological Death. Aggregates that should die or that are possi- bly already dying. Only by means of the alchemical putrefaction (Death of the I) can the new man be born. Some variants of this dream symbol are the following:
- If someone dances an erotic dance with death: Invitation to seek death by means of the erotic force.
- If it is about a son or a daughter: Subjective elements that should be sacrificed within us. It may also be interpreted considering him/her as a relative (see the next one).
- If it is about a relative or a close friend: One part of the Being (related to the name of the person) invites us to the Inner Death. It may also be a warning that, due to lack of inner work, one part of the Being associated with the name of the deceased is dying within us (see Names).
Depending on the context, sometimes it might be a warning about the physical death. See also Corpse.
