AGES

From 10 to 90 are the ages of Lesser Mysteries.

From 100 to 900 are the ages of Greater Mysteries.

From 1000 upwards are the ages of Gods.

If we affirm that a disciple is 80 years old, we split this amount into 8 + 0 = 8; this indicates to us that the disciple has the Eighth Initiation of Lesser Mysteries.

If we say that a Master is 300 years old, we split this number into 3 + 0 + 0 = 3. This indicates to us that the Master has the Third Initiation of Greater Mysteries. If we say that a Master is 340 years old, we want to affirm that he has the Third Initiation of Greater Mysteries plus 40 years or degrees in favor of the Fourth Initiation of Greater Mysteries.
